Unlike thermal, polymer, chemical or microbial
methods, Seismic Stimulation is the first truly
significant departure from conventional EOR
methods to be introduced commercially since
the 1970's. In September 2007 the Texas
Railroad Commission (TRRC) certified Seismic
Stimulation as an official EOR process.
